Experienced in day to day operations of a real estate office, recruiting, managing up to 20 agents, closing over 1,000 deals, working closely with title company’s & lenders, building maintaining web sites and marketing, customer relations, computer skills include power point, word, excel, google ad word, some networking.

Over the years helped A & R Lockhart, Camden Builders acquire raw land and turn into housing developments, successful projects include Bakers Acres Tallmadge, Pambi Farms Stow, Timber Creek and Creekside Ridge Cuyahoga Falls.

Familiar with topographical mapping, survey, site plans, building prints and plans, design and material selections, staging, model homes, inspections, project cost and analyis, sales and marketing.

Education includes graduated Cuyahoga Falls High, some college University of Akron, Numerous Real Estate courses as well as holding Accredit buyers agent, e-pro, Certified New Home Construction Specialists, Property Management Service Designation, Certified Brian Buffini Mentor Coach.

I possess a good attitude and enjoy working in an office that has camaraderie. I am a very loyal and compassionate team player, honesty and integrity is very important to me.
